Great Lakes Railcars is for owners of these rail vehicles, and who are also members of the North American Railcar Operators Assn. Our area of operations is primarily in the states of Indiana, Illinois, and Michigan. We do not have a web page or a Facebook page. Greene County (MO) Amateur Radio Emergency Service, is part of the MO District D ARES (Southwest Missouri), working with the Springfield/Greene Co. Office of Emergency Management and the American Red Cross Disaster Services SOMO (Western) also located in Springfield.
