WAS Certificae

bearracuda@... #2116 I submitted an award request for WAS a month ago and paid the fee. I've never received a certificate. I've emailed ARRL about it multiple times and never got a response! How/when can I get a certificate I paid for. Very disappointed in ARRL membership.

Earl Needham #2119 I'll mention it again -- the end-of-the-year shenanigans in which so many upload their entire year to LoTW don't help, nor do the other shenanigans in which so many applications for awards are sent at the same time. The awards department is running somewhat behind, BOTH IN CERTIFICATES and answering emails. This in no way reflects on their efficiency or desire to fulfill various awards.
