Question on WAS Endorsements:

I have completed the application for 40M WAS for my 'mixed' and 'digital' awards back in early January (I had previously completed 20M). My credit card was charged, so I assumed that the endorsement stickers would be sent, but have not received anything. Who should I contact to try and resolve?  I had sent an email to was@...  (found that on arrl.org website) but have not gotten any response.

Not sure what the lead time is for processing, but thought they would be here by now.
