VUCC Award

I submitted my VUCC (6M) award application July 15, July 21 my credit card was charged. There is no change in the status, i.e. no asterisk showing. I applied for 100 (and paid for 100), however, the account status page for my VUCC account shows 99 in VUCC Credits Awarded. I suppose that is the reason as to why the award hasn't been issued yet? I am also wondering why it's 99 and 100. Is there anyone I can call or email to get this clarified?

My difference in count is due to deleted entities.  Did you perhaps have one of the deleted PJ's in your submission?

Hi Coy,

I didn't. I actually received communication from Samantha that it has been corrected and the certificate will be mailed in a couple of weeks. All good now.

Hi Coy,

Deleted entities would not apply to VUCC as VUCC is based on maidenhead grid squares.
