Medallions for WARC bands on 5BWAS

I have my 5BWAS plaque.
I have WAS on 12, 17 and 30. I have emailed several times asking if medallions are available for the plaque with no reply. Are endorsements available and if so, how do I apply ? Tks , Gerry |

Hello Gerry,
Use the DXCC order form. Specify which plaque you have, there are different types: http://www.arrl.org/files/file/DXCC/DXCC%20Item%20Order%20Form%202019.pdf
