How do I get credit and move 2 "New LOTW QSLs" to the "WAS credits awarded column"

How do I get credit in the WAS Account Status page and move 2 WAS state "New LOTW QSLs" to the "WAS credits awarded column". I do not see any ability to move these LOTW credits to the awarded column. In DXCC you can easily get individual credits for new DX entities, but not individual states?
