[ARRL-LoTW] Missing Confirmation On LoTW

K8TS #1791 Thanks all; The last time around Hawaii had been credited to my DXCC award, BUT they would not take it for WAS 160. Could only resubmit the card again. Now I want to have it credited for the CW 160 WAS. No credit given.
