Re: Time between application for DXCC and getting the certificate?
HQ staff is definitely at reduced capacity but moreso because of this last week’s storm.
However they are still responsive to email and phone calls, so please reach out to them.

I propose that a Larger group of hams are older, pay their own way, worked their way through school, donate to the hobby, build their stations, invent new protocol and pay for their stuff and

Ben;
Contact Sharon Taratula, who works with Bart Janke in the Awards Department. Between the two of them you can resolve the problem.
They “almost” walk on water, and are very good people to

Re: Time between application for DXCC and getting the certificate?
Ben,
Check your credit sheet.
Did you request and pay for the individual certificates? ($12 each)
If you did not request the DXCC certificate, they will not send it. It is optional.

Re: Proposed Changes to DXCC for Remote Stations - Charge to DXAC
Up to a few years ago, you could not use a tablet or phone to control your station. Radio defined by software did not exist.
Maybe these should also be disallowed for DXCC. Its an unfair advantage.

It actually does matter since there are rankings, and it matters to those who have invested time in pursuing DXCC to get themselves high in the rankings.

As I think about the proposed rule change and consider what has been posted so far, I am struck that only The impact on US hams is being discussed. The DXCC rules apply to other counties as well.

Haven’t we already been over why not everyone can use their own station at their own location? Because they’re young, don’t have the money for a station, live in a dictatorship of an HOA,
