The change already happened in, 2017, right? So why the push to revert or go back in time. I have not heard one complaint that somehow Remote has ruined DXCC program.

There is no change in the rules being considered that you would NEED to start your DXCC over if you moved, like you would need to do if you moved more than 50 miles for WAS or 200km for VUCC,
