connected by land the shows at high tide ???

Are they rising? Predictions had most of the coastal areas under 30 ft of water by now.

I think the definition needs to be changed to not allow a small pile of rocks sticking up out of the water where you have to build scaffolding just to get on them to something that

Most of the more recent operations from Spratley Islands has taken place from Layang-Layang, which I believe is claimed by Malaysia. I don't know how long that will last.
