We do not govern staff directly.
We set policy and the CEO is responsible for implementation. He then
delegates to department managers who then delegate to staff.

It seems like some directors live in an different world of the ARRL than the members. Could this be a problem????????????

90 percent of all fire ground incidents are because of comm issues. Similar numbers for corporate problems. People have a hard time communicating clearly and effectively.
