I have a remote station 40 km away from my residence. I am opposed to this rule change because it creates a great deal of inequity.
If I move my residence to 300 km away, but leave my station where it is, new contacts would not count towards my previous DXCC totals.
This doesn't make a lot of sense because the RF is sent and heard from the exact same location in either case. But Joe down the
street, who has a tower in his backyard, can move his home and tower all over the US and he can continue to keep adding to his DXCC
totals. That's quite a double standard.
I recommend leaving DXCC rules unchanged.
