Uh...I think they just changed the style of the certificates.  There was an offer I saw somewhere to transfer totals to the new certs.  But there are new style certificates and endorsement stickers now...unless they changed it again in the last couple months...

Over the years I've earned WAS certificates for individual bands, 160, 80, 40, 30, etc., and of course 5BWAS.
 
I recently snagged my last state for 17-meter WAS.
 
Going online to apply it appears that the individual-band certificate is discontinued and only "stickers" are now offered.
 
Am I missing something?
