Hello, I am hoping you can assist me or forward this to the correct person.

I have earned 5 WAS awards on FT8. I have received only one of them in the mail. It has been many weeks and I think it is time to check in on investigating where these are or replacement.

FYI, I received the FT8 sticker form the 11/17/2021 award group by mail, the two certificates have never been received.

Nothing from the 12/03/2021 has been received (2 items). Details below from my Application history account tab:
