Perhaps the institution of a "Classic Honor Role" using current rules and an "Active Honor Roll" that reduces the entities list to those which are, or have been available on a rolling 3 or 5 year interval could be what is being sought here?

Roger,

Many of us have Turkmenistan “in the box”.

Sorry that you missed it, I really am, but so goes it.

It counts for our Honor Roll according to the rules.

You’re asking for a change in the rules, not just a simple administrative adjustment.

For many years there was no chance that you could make a contact with BY, ZA, etc, but things changed. Back then  I didn’t hear anyone saying BY or ZA should be taken off the “list”.  You haven’t made a case that supports the rules be changed to remove EZ.

Dave

You obviously misread one word.

No one is asking for an award with success assured.

What is requested is an award that is possible which we do not have at

this point.

I don't recommend removing North Korea because it is legal and possible

it will be on the air some day

I do not expect to ever work it in my lifetime but it is possible.

The others mentioned are NOT POSSIBLE without political or legal changes

or never met the criteria and

should not have been added in the first place.

When such changes are made they can be added back to the list or more

probably

will be deleted and new entities created as we have been done many times

before with other entities.

So for all the folks that need that entity, I hope we live long enough to see a change in the politics. Why this one is still on the list escapes me, as it is totally unworkable, and been that way for many years.
